Steps to make a blogger template:

 • Remove the HTML on the page to start building a blogger template from scratch
 • First, let's add the basic divisions of the page

 • Then you have to put the skin portion in between

of your blogger template code so that you can place CSS codes to style your blogger template.

<b:skin>
/****CSS CODE*****/
</b:skin>

 • One last thing before you can save what you have done so far , you must add a
between

of your blogger template code

<b:section id="mysection" class="section"></b:section>
